Use Globalstar Satellite
Using the SMARTONE from Axonn, the Multitrack-ONE has been programmed to send one location message per day and a report every time the engine has a cumulative run-time of 10 hours. These reports are transmitted over the Globalstar LEO network to the MultitrackLive dashboard. The internal battery operated module can either be mechanically attached or adhered to the plant or machine. Since we make use of the integrated Vibration Sensor there is no need to connect a harness to the ignition - although that is still an option.
The dashboard allows service managers to view all their tracked assets at the same time and quickly filter out those assets requiring servicing or battery replacement. The application automatically updates Engine Runtime Hours as satellite messages and reports arrive and triggers emails, SMSs and website alerts as the Service Interval is reached.

Multitrack Remote-CAM - CCTV over GPRS
The MultiTrack Remote-CAM is a GSM/GPRS enabled CCTV camera that will operate anywhere in the world with GSM coverage.
Configurable via bluetooth and/or SMS the Remote-CAM can be programmed to take scheduled pictures, pictures on-demand and pictures based on events (PIR, alarms etc). Pictures are uploaded automatically to a secure and customer managed website.

Multitrack-SG - Wireless Production Monitoring

Using the MT-101 from Inventia, the Multitrack SG has 4 programs pre-defined to work with all makes of belt weigher that are fitted with either a digital, analogue or RS422/485/232 output for tonnage measurement. Each program collects data every 30 minutes from the connected belt weigher and transmits it over GPRS to the MultitrackLive site where aggregate producers can see live production figures in real time.
The application breaks down the data into shifts, days, weeks and months using graphs and charts allowing the production managers to accurately measure both production tonnage, machine utilisation and shift team performance.
